Dental AI Solutions ("we", "us") is the team behind Kai, an AI-powered virtual receptionist for dental practices. Dental AI Solutions is a trading name of Honest Goods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15729511). This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
That is all. This website takes no payments, collects no card details, and asks for no other personal information.
If you join the launch list, we use your email address to tell you when Kai and our full website launch, and to send occasional updates about the service. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@dentalaisolutions.co.uk, and we will remove your address from the list.
We will never sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your email address is stored securely in our own database on servers in the EU. We keep it until you unsubscribe or until the launch list has served its purpose, after which it is deleted.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools of any kind. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so visiting this page sends no data to third parties.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
